This role is responsible for driving sales performance, elevating customer experience, managing retail teams, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s identity and standards.This person will play a key role in scaling the offline business, building retail systems and SOPs, optimizing store productivity, and connecting online-to-offline customer journeys as maison KEEPS continues to grow into a leading fashion & lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Strategy & Expansion
- Lead the overall retail growth and expansion strategy of the brand
- Identify and evaluate new retail opportunities, locations, and business partnerships
- Lead store opening projects, pop-up activations, and expansion initiatives from planning to execution
