HR Officer
Full-Time | Office Location: Near MRT Samyan, Bangkok, Thailand
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative functions while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns effectively.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and support managers in driving team performance.
- Policy and Compliance: Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills.
- HR Analytics: Track and analyze HR metrics to improve processes and inform decision-making.
- Benefits and Compensation: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and competitive compensation strategies.
- Organizational Development: Align HR strategies with business goals to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
